Free online PDF encrypt decrypt tool: Use AES-256-GCM to encrypt PDF files to JSON, and decrypt to restore original PDF (pure frontend local processing).
Note: Due to pure static site limitations, this tool cannot perform standard PDF 'open password' encryption/decryption. Instead, it uses AES-256-GCM to encrypt the entire PDF file to JSON, which can be decrypted in this tool to restore the original PDF.
